Our Crash Replacement Offer: We understand that when crashes occur, wheels usually get damaged. Simply return the wheel you purchased from Superfly and purchase a replacement wheel at a reduced price. No other discounts can be combined with this benefit. Email us at help@superflycycles.com and let us know what wheel you taco’ed. We will contact you immediately to let you know the reduced price of the replacement wheel and then send it to you – fast – so you don’t miss riding days.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of the purchase date. Return and exchange shipments are pre-paid by the customer unless Superfly shipped items in error. The returned item must be in the original packaging and in its original condition. Superfly Cycles is not responsible for returned products that have been lost in transit. Therefore, we highly recommend insuring your returned products when shipping back to Superfly Cycles. For returned products- excluding ones that were sent in error by Superfly Cycles – a 10% restocking fee will be charged based on the list price of the returned products.

Custom Built Wheels and Frames are non-refundable unless found defective upon inspection.

Tubular tires that have been glued to the rim cannot be returned.

If you would like an exchange, first we'll issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s). When we ship your new item, we'll charge your credit card for it. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process the exchange.

Used products, with the exception of wheels, are non-refundable. Damaged wheels that have been damaged while riding, can be returned and replaced at a reduced price. See the Guarantee Section for more information.

Warranty products must be inspected to determine if the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Shipping and Delivery

For orders of $100 or more sent in the United States, standard shipping is FREE! For all other domestic orders under $100, standard shipping is $6.95. For international orders, shipping on ceramic bearings, pulleys, and bottom brackets (and other small-size order items) on orders of $100 or more are FREE. For international shipping on ceramic bearings, pulleys, bottom brackets (as well as other small-size items) on orders of $100 or more shipping is FREE. For all other international orders, please contact us for shipping rates at help@superflycycles.com.

How will my backorder items ship?
All backordered items will ship Standard Delivery. However, if your entire order is on backorder and you chose an expedited service, the first item will be expedited and the rest will go out Standard Delivery.

After I've placed my order, how long will it take to ship?
We try to ship everything within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day. Sorry, we don't offer weekend delivery for our expedited services.

How do I place an order by phone?
Just give us a call at 303-444-2010. If you call Monday-Friday 11am-4pm MST or Saturday 11am-2pm MST, you'll talk to a Superfly team member. The rest of the time we’re out riding, product testing and researching new trends. Just leave a message and we’ll call you back the following work day.

What Personal Information does Superfly Cycles collect?
When you place an order with us we collect your name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card information. If you become a member of the Superfly Cycles Club, we will collect your name, address, email address, as well as the survey responses.

With whom is this information shared?
We provide it to vendors essential to processing and shipping your order. We use marketing consultants to help us maintain and analyze our data. Your email and phone number are NEVER given to any 3rd party for marketing purposes.

How can you update your Personal Information?
To change your email or snail mail address with us, please email us at info@superflycycles.com and include your name and new email or snail mail address.

How do we use your email address?
We DO use your email to communicate all kinds of Customer Service information. e.g. we'll email you to confirm your order or notify you that it shipped. If you are a Superfly Club Member, we'll email you to notify you of upcoming sales and events in addition to sending you the monthly newsletter. What we DON'T use it for is anything else. We don't sell or rent your email address to anyone. No partners, no manufacturers, no other lists. Down with Spam!

Your online orders at Superfly Cycles are just as safe as any other credit card purchase that you'll ever make. We use a sophisticated encryption technology to keep your credit card information safe while you're shopping online.

At Superfly Cycles we use SSL (Secure Socket Layering) 128 bit encryption to protect your information as it travels over the internet. We also hold a secure key, or digital certificate, through Digital Signature Trust. This key ensures that we are who we say we are and that any data exchanged online is protected from theft and tampering. Consumer protection laws protect you against any unauthorized use of your credit card. Federal law dictates that your legal liability is limited to $50 if your credit card number is used without your permission. If you suspect any illegal use of your card, call your issuing bank immediately to make sure your rights are protected.
