Mountain Rotor Cranks elliptical Q-Rings-Double Set.

We've been testing these for the last 2 years and are impressed with how they improve our stroke power on climbs. On steep climbs, the Q-rings make a significant difference. We've ridden with and without the Q-Rings on the steep Crested Butte mountain trails and up Colorado mountain roads. On the Q-Rings, pedal strokes were smoother, power increased - and our knees weren't as sore after the ride.

The elliptical Rotor Q-Rings help to minimize the time spent in the dead spot while pedaling.
