Free Shipping
For orders over $100 shipping, we offer FREE shipping on everything in the US and APO/FPO addresses. We also offer free shipping on orders OVER $100 for international orders (orders outside the US and APO/FPO addresses) if the order is LESS THAN 4 pounds (1.8 kilograms). This means free shipping on wheels in the US but not outside the US. If you are unsure about the weight please contact us. We use any one of the following shipping companies: USPS First Class, USPS Priority, USPS International, or UPS. Please be aware that with free shipping, it is our decision to choose the carrier.

If your order is under $100 and the shipping address is within the US or an APO/FPO address, the shipping charge is a flat rate of $6.95.
If your order is under $100, the package weight is less than 4 pounds and the shipping address is international, the shipping charge is a flat rate of $6.95.
If your order is an international shipment and weighs over 4 pounds, then you will be charged actual shipping costs.

Express Shipping
2nd Day and Overnight shipping are available in the continental US only. There is no way we can send a package to Mauritius overnight from Boulder!. Domestic overnight shipping will be through UPS or USPS Express. Some areas do not get overnight deliveries and overnight shipments could take 2 days. 2nd Day shipping is $15.95 and Overnight is $34.95. When selecting 2nd day shipping for international orders, it will be shipped USPS Priority International and when selecting overnight for international orders, it will be shipped USPS Express International. It takes 3-5 business days by USPS Express International and 5-7 business days for USPS Priority International.

Tracking
Domestic shipments have USPS delivery confirmation or UPS tracking numbers. International shipments are not trackable using free shipping via USPS International First Class. If you want tracking, it is only available through USPS International Express which is $34.95. Please note that we offer free international shipping as a courtesy. Once we ship it, we cannot track it it so if the package gets lost, we are not responsible. We have no control over your country's customs or mail service. If you use our free international shipping, you accept this condition.

Returns and Shipping
We will be happy to exchange any item but you are responsible for the shipping fee back to you. Free shipping applies once to an order. If you exchange it and it is not our mistake, you will be charged shipping fees. If you return an item and it is not our mistake, we will credit you the original amount minus any applicable restocking fees and the original shipping amount.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to Indonesia or Malaysia.
